Refund, Exchange / Return
According to the relevant laws and regulations, customized products are generally not accepted refund and returns. If the products with significant quality problems, ZUONA will provide the return service and bear the freight accordingly; We afraid that there is no return if you cause the problem.
1. There is only one time for the return, so please contact us after thoughtful consideration.
2.  Please make sure you return the product with tag and all kinds of packaging integrity.
3.  Problems caused by personal reasons(e.g. modifying the sizes, washing, embroidery, long wearing, etc.)are not returnable.
